H. Stacy Scroggins, President and Chief Executive Officer, Surgical Development Systems, Inc. - Mr. Scroggins is the founder of Surgical Development Systems, Inc.

Mr. Scroggins’ responsibilities include the management and development of wholly owned physician ambulatory surgical centers as well as the development of a hospital and physician joint venture ambulatory surgical centers. Development and management services include physician presentations, review of entity structure and formation, operational design, licensure requirements, organizational structure, operational management, operational review, marketing, and managed care contracting. Mr. Scroggins has worked in the ambulatory surgery industry for over twenty years and has held several multi-facility managerial roles with several national companies, including Medical Care International, Columbia/HCA Healthcare Corporation and PhyMatrix Corporation.

Mr. Scroggins received his B.S. in Accounting from Northwestern State University of Louisiana and his M.B.A. (with concentration in Health Care) from Florida Atlantic University. Mr. Scroggins is a Certified Public Accountant as well as a Certified Ambulatory Surgery Center Administrator.
